We are very close to the I-35 with easy on-off access, and we are less than 15 minutes to Baylor(6mi), Magnolia Table(9mi), Silos at Magnolia(7mi), Cameron Park Zoo(6mi), as well as movies(11mi), restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
