convenient urban living (fully remodeled)
Description
Remodeled and back on the market! 30 day min stay I absolutely love this place and if it wasn't for my family growing, i would've happily continued to live here. some things i love about it; -quiet inside the units, its a steel/concrete building so you almost never hear neighbors making noise. -underground parking, gym, courtyard w/ fire pit & bbq -grocery across the street -plenty of bakeries, coffee shops, and other dining options on same block/within blocks -trolley stop a few blocks away The space Family friendly which includes your pet!! You’re close to just about anywhere you’d want to visit while in sunny San Diego. There’s 1 secure underground parking spot available for FREE. Electricity in San Diego is tiered and based on time of use. A typical bill for the space is $75-100. But dependent on guest bringing their own portable ac.. and times of use/season, the bill can get astronomical. You’re welcome to run the lights 24/7 or plug in all kinds of equipment but I can only help cover electric bill upto $150 per month. I will provide bill statement and even mid cycle reports if it seems you are going to be over Guest access You have access to the entire unit of course, your underground parking spot and also to the gym and common area seating, fire pit, and grill Other things to note It’s downtown! and as amazing as it’s conveniences and experiences are, there is a homeless problem which isn’t exclusive to just San Diego’s downtown. The clean and safe program do a great job of keeping the streets clean and the police do what they can but there will be on occasion a couple tents setup across the street from you for a few days. It’s always in waves. The police will monitor and move homeless from an area only to have them move to another area …
