The vacation home "Stella Maris" was completely renovated in 2018 and is located on the outskirts of Rerik in a quiet side street. The house has a beautiful fenced garden with fruit trees, cozy seating areas and a swing for the little ones. The beach on the cliffs is only about 500 m away. Two parking spaces belong to the house. Here you will find top-class comfort, within walking distance to the beach on the impressive cliffs. Enjoy the magnificent sea view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony on the first floor and be enchanted by the idyllic surroundings. The stylishly furnished vacation home with a lot of attention to detail extends over a spacious living area of 157 m², including a terrace and balcony, and can accommodate up to 4 people as well as a toddler. Surrounded by an approx. 400 m² fenced garden with old fruit trees and two inviting seating areas, "Stella Maris" is the perfect place for relaxing days in nature. The house was extensively renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The bright living areas are equipped with high-quality real wood floors, while the bathrooms are modernly tiled. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. From here you can directly access the terrace – ideal for social evenings outdoors. On the first floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with shower. For the safety of the little guests, there is a lattice guard on the stairs. Insect protection elements keep unwanted "pests" away, so you can enjoy your vacation undisturbed. The spacious sauna in the outdoor area ensures deep relaxation and well-being. Linens and towels are included in the rental price, and if you wish, you can book bathrobes and sauna towels. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi are also available. Two parking spaces right by the house, as well as a secure garage for your bicycles complete the offer.
