In the true B&B spirit, we occupy it year-round and rent it out on rare occasions. Its 875ft interiors are composed of a main bedroom, a secondary bedroom with an office, a huge living room with an equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom. Above, this beautiful space is lined with a terrace of the same surface with all the garden furniture to take your meals, receive friends or simply enjoy the view. Guest access You have access, on your own, to the entire boat. Since summer 2024, you enjoy a fast access to Orly airport with the new subway line 14. With 5 metros on 4 different lines (Tuileries, Concorde, Solférino, or the RER Musée d'Orsay), you are in the heart of Paris. The entirely pedestrian quay is accessible from the Concorde bridge to the west or the Senghor footbridge to the east. From the quay, access to the boat is permitted by crossing the neighboring boat, in order to benefit from a direct view of the Seine. Please note that access to the boat is via an external staircase and a few steps, which make the accommodation inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.
