The space 45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 motorway, Balnot-sur-Lignes is a charming little village, located on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyard. The Jardin Sainte Anne welcomes you in a green and relaxing setting. This pretty and very bright house is completely renovated and decorated in a soft and warm style, combining the charm of wood, stone and antique furniture with a contemporary touch. Less than 20 minutes: rich built heritage of Les Riceys (5 km), Renoir's House in Essoyes, Vaux Castle, Templar Commandery of Avalleur, hiking trails, sports activities... 30 minutes: lakes and Natural Park of the Orient Forest (wildlife area, ecomuseum, swimming, water sports, tree climbing...). 40 minutes away: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 minutes: city of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, factory outlets). On site: guided tour of the vineyard and Champagne tasting. On the raised ground floor: large living room with open kitchen and direct access from the ground floor to a large terrace and garden. Living room equipped with TV, DVD player, fireplace (wood provided). On the 1st landing: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a shower room. On the 2nd landing: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with private shower room, separate toilet, a 29 m² bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200 + convertible bed 90 x 190). 4th bedroom for 2 people (bed 160 x 200), with toilet, accessible by the courtyard (not connected to the cottage from the inside). Beds made at check-in. Outside, garden furniture, wooden lounge area, barbecue, deckchairs, swings, etc. The shaded garden, about 800 m², is fully enclosed with private parking. Children can come and meet the owners' donkeys. Charges included in the price of the stay. Pets allowed with owner's consent. Cleaning option during the stay available upon request.
