It has 1200 sq. ft of Modern Mountain Comfort, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Full Kitchen and a Large Deck Overlooking the Arkansas River. It is so secluded you’ll find yourself conversing with the mule deer and brown trout instead of a two legged neighbor. The Cabin is Tucked Away on the Banks of the Arkansas River on our 10 Pinion Pine Covered Acres. The space Cabin has a Maximum Total Occupancy of 5. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin Bed and an Attached Private Master Bathroom. Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Overlooks the Arkansas River. The Cabin has Log Furniture, a Private Rear Deck with River Views, and Amazing Views of Mt. Princeton, Mt. Yale, and Mt. Columbia. The Full Kitchen is Well-Stocked and There is a Satellite HD Big Screen TV and Futon Sofa in the Living Room. No Pets and Children Under 5 Not Allowed Without Express Prior Approval of the Manager.
