The space We offer a whole home water filter for chemical free showers and drinking water, cork floors that are soft, warm and naturally anti microbial and resistant to mold and bugs, towels and bed linens made bamboo fibers - also naturally anti microbial and super soft! We want your experience here to be refreshing, relaxing and soothing. Take a break from the stress and chemicals of everyday life. We have easy access right off a main highway. Within a 4 mile radius are coffee shops, shopping, movies and grocery stores. In a quiet cul-de-sac so you will feel like you are in the middle of the woods hundreds of miles away. Miles from: MSP 23.1, Downtown Minneapolis 11, US Bank Stadium (Super Bowl) 13.3, Twins Stadium 10.9, Minneapolis Convention Center 11.2, Starbucks 1, General Mills 5.5, Daikin 1.6, Honeywell 3, French Park 1.2, Plymouth, Wayzata, Golden Valley, St. Louis Park. Bike and walking trails right out the front door. You can't get much better location than this! Guest access Your private area is self contained. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, (hot plate on request) fridge and freezer. There will be snacks for when you arrive. And, of course, coffee and tea essentials and some simple breakfast items. Other things to note The first floor is a pet free zone. That includes our 2 cats. Free from pet hair and a safe place for those with allergies. Speaking of which... please refrain from perfumes and colognes while here. They can leave a lingering scent for days after you leave and can cause headaches for those with sensitivities. This is much appreciated! We also prefer that you leave your shoes at the door. There is a place inside to keep them warm and dry for you. This helps keep the dirt out and the floors cleaner and in good condition for all to enjoy. We offer fresh ground coffee and a French Press. Since there is no garbage disposal in the sink please do not put the used grounds - or any other food items down the drain in the sink. We have a container for the used grounds. Other food stuff please put in the garbage. Please park in front of the single car garage door on the left. The first floor entrance is in the back of the house - follow the sidewalk path on the left. There are 5 steps total to get there - no other stairs inside or out.
