Townhouse in Davenport

It is located near many Orlando's attractions (Disney World, Universal Orlando, Seaworld, etc), in the gated Regal Palms resort. Our self catering 4 bedrooms/3 baths accommodate up to 9, furnished with kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony, and relaxing backyard pond view. Regal Palms Resort Club gives access to resort pool, lazy river, gym, game room, sauna, etc. Minimum rental is 3 nights. No pet, no smoking please. Larger end unit with 4 bedrooms (2 are ensuite with its own bathroom). Walking distance to resort clubhouse. Easy access to I4 to Orlando's attractions and MCO airport. Home is self-catering. Grocery, gas station, restaurants nearby. Our townhome is located inside Regal Palms Resort in Davenport. Its is 12 miles from Disney World, 17 miles from Seaworld, 21 miles from Universal Orlando, 31 miles from Orlando MCO Airport. Guest access There are 2 parking spaces at the townhome. No parking allowed on the street & on grass. All guests must register at front desk. Resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per day (for whole party) is collected separately by Regal Palms resort at check in. Grill areas are free to guests, 1st come 1st served (no outdoor grilling allowed at townhome unit, per resort's fire/safety regulation). Note: No overnight parking allowed at clubhouse/front desk parking lot. No parking on the street & on grass. Violation will be towed at car owner's expenses. Other things to note Resort Fees: Resort amenities are available for all registered guests. These include swimming pool with lazy river and waterslides, gym, gameroom, whirlpool, sauna, steamroom, etc. Guests pay resort fee of $20.00 per day plus tax (for whole party) directly to resort front desk at check in. Note on Washer: If using the washer and the lid is locked, then you must push the "pause/cancel" button before you lift the lid. (If lid is forced open and lid latch broken, washer spinner will not work, service has to be called for repair, washer will be out of commission, service charge will be collected from guests at time of repair) Note on supplies: Our home is self catering. There will be an initial supply provided at the home (1 toilet paper roll, 2 travel soap bars per bathroom; 1 small dishwash liquid bottle, 1 papertowel roll & 2 dishwasher pods in kitchen). Guest will need to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed (closest store is Publix grocery on Sand Mine road infront of the resort.)
