The land has two levels:On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.On the second floor there is a large dining room with a spacious table, kitchen and pantry, a bedroom with three single beds, a second bathroom, a room with a washing machine and a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool.The exterior features spacious gardens full of trees and plants, as well as ideal areas to enjoy the outdoors with family.The villa is located 3 km from the centre of Esporles, where there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...House rules:It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property. In case of non-compliance, a penalty will be applied.Please maintain order and cleanliness within the villa.Guests must take responsibility for the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before check-out.Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.It is strictly forbidden to make any excessive noise, loud music or parties! If complaints are received about disturbances or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict all guests immediately, regardless of the time and without any refund. In addition, the deposit will be withheld.
