On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite shower room, there is a further bedroom with superking zip and link bed, this bedroom has its own private bathroom next door. There is also a large utility room entrance on the ground floor with washing machine and Belfast sink. The enclosed garden is the Orchard and garden furniture is provided. This is a lovely, peaceful private place to relax, eat and watch the sun set. Situated just outside Clyro just 2 miles from the town of Hay-on-Wye famous for its literary festivals and known as the "Book Capital of the World", with many craft shops and galleries. It’s a walker’s haven at Barn Owls Rest with the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Offa’s Dyke, Hay Bluff and Begwins, the Herefordshire Trail and Marches Way nearby, as well as walks from the doorstep. There are many places of historical interest such as castles, National Trust properties, Dore Abbey, Hereford Cathedral and Mappa Mundi Centre.
