You are encouraged to enjoy the entire house, including the enclosed patio area with its cozy fire pit, as well as the BBQ in the backyard. Feel free to use the laundry facilities to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. This is a pet-friendly home! Please note that only well-trained and respectful dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee of $175 per trip. Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Parking is available in both the front of the home and in the fenced backyard area. We have a shared driveway with the neighbor to the left so please do not block this at any time during your stay. A ring doorbell camera and outdoor security cameras have been set up for your peace of mind. Please note that the cameras are only securing the outside of the home. Disconnecting or tampering with any electronics will result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation. These electronics include the front door camera, outside cameras, door locks, and WiFi. Other things to note -Only well-trained and respectful dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee of $199 per trip -Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. -Shared driveway with left neighbor, free parking available in the back in fenced area or in front of the home on street -Ring doorbell and outdoor security cameras. There are no cameras inside of the home. Wifi can not be disconnected at any point during the stay and the doorbell can not be covered, this will result in immediate cancellation of reservation. -There is a $250 fee for interfering with any electronics, wifi, door locks, outdoor security cameras, or for any violation of house rules. This feel will apply for each violation.
