Private terrace and exit to the lawn. The space The accommodation is a fully renovated duplex loft. On the ground floor, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, living room (convertible) and terrace. Upstairs sleeping area: a bedroom with a double bed and a closed mezzanine overhang (bunk bed with 2 single beds). Also a 2nd toilet. Guest access The owners reside on-site in another building. The property has its own parking. Spaces are reserved for tenants. The ground floor has extended wheelchair access, ramp installed on request. Other things to note The property is completely non-smoking. Noisy parties are not accepted. No pets, except for service dogs.
