La Templière – BAR ON THE SEINE The space On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (bathtub + sink), separate toilet. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (160 x 200), shower room (shower + sink + toilet). Charges not included: €7 to 15/day depending on the season. Sheets, towels, cleaning included. Electricity in summer €7 per day.
