The space The "La Templière" cottage welcomes you to the hamlet of Avalleur, a historic place home to the Commandery and the Templar chapel of the 11th century. Located 30 km from Troyes, this Champagne house of character benefits from an enclosed and wooded garden and is ideally centered to discover all the tourist activities in the Aube. On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (bathtub + sink), separate toilet. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (160 x 200), shower room (shower + sink + toilet). Charges not included: €7 to 15/day depending on the season. Sheets, towels, cleaning included. Electricity in summer €7 per day. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: "Le circuit des Templiers": Bar sur Seine and its surroundings will transport you from the origin of the order of the Templars to the present day! Parc naturel régional de la Forêt d'Orient 20 km away, visit of cellars and champagne tasting, Parc Nigloland 20 min away, the city of Troyes with its historical and architectural heritage, its factory stores 30 min away. For sports enthusiasts: canoeing on the Seine, golf, fishing, cycling (mountain biking and rides on the bike path), water activities on the lakes, numerous hiking trails.
