The space Located 10 minutes from Romilly sur Seine, 20 minutes from Nogent sur Seine, 35 minutes from Troyes, 30 minutes from Provins, this contemporary house located in a very quiet residential area is set on a large enclosed plot. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 5 separate bedrooms. This single-storey house offers a spacious living room with living and dining area overlooking a veranda converted into a relaxation area (exercise bike, sofa, armchairs), an equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, especially during business trips, two additional rooms may be made available to you (extra €15/night). Located on the lower level of the house (basement), these "single" rooms (1 single bed in one/1 convertible in the second) have a bathroom (shower + toilet). There's also a garage and secure parking on the property. The beds will be made upon your arrival and the linens (tablecloths, towels, tea towels) will be made available to you free of charge. Electric heating at extra cost. Bicycles available free of charge to enjoy the greenways. A security deposit of €50 per bicycle will be requested per bicycle borrowed.
