The location The exclusive and light-filled apartment is located in a western location on the first floor of house 2. The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenha. The pier and the spa park are only a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and excursion destinations. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular lake bridge festival, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family. The equipment The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.
