The space On the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, a gîte with a capacity of 6/8 people adjoining the "Chez Georges" gîte allowing a combined reception of 12 people. Access to the cottage will be through a pleasant veranda with garden furniture and outdoor lounge. On the ground floor, living room consisting of a lounge area (sofa bed) and a dining area. A few steps will give you access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (bathtub/toilet). Upstairs, you will have a master bedroom composed of a double bed (160 x 200) and a dressing room, a double bedroom (140 x 190 bed), a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 beds) and a bathroom (toilet/shower). Outside: a gravel enclosed courtyard will allow you to park your vehicles, have a barbecue and have your meals or relax on one of the deckchairs. Playground for children. Linens provided. Beds made, heating and electricity included, wood (€10/basket). Small pets are allowed free of charge (€15/stay for large dogs). A tour of the cellars can be offered upon request.
