This bright and cozy home features an open layout living room, dinning and work space. The windows throughout the home allow you to enjoy the lake and the surround nature. Access to the lake will allow you to take a stroll and take in mother nature and her beauty. It’s a getaway as it should. Beware phone reception is not great in the area but we do have Wifi which really helps. Around the house: Main Bedroom: Queen size bedroom with 2 closets, large room with space to stretch out with a TV to enjoy. Guest Bedroom: Bunk Bed: A twin size bed over a full size bed. Smaller room with one closet and many cubbies to store your items. You’ll find lake views from every window (no need for curtains, but we do have some for those whom which to use them). We have a fully loaded kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Checkout some of our cook books or just create your special dish (we do have Alexa and she can pull up a recipe if needed). Imagine the feasts and memories you will create! This home is meant for sharing with people you love. For those that are working from home, we offer a dedicated work space desk that has charging USB ports along with WiFi access that oversees Beaver Lake. Whether you want cozy nights in the winter, enjoying the lake in the summer, exploring the local farmers market, taking the long walks in the near by trails, or enjoying fall foliage, you will fall in love with our home. Guest access You will need a car but all the amenities are just a few minutes away. If you need any special accommodations please do not hesitate to request them, as we will work with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note We invite up to 5 guests, please note upper bunk bed has a max limit of 150 pounds. Warmer Weather AC are installed in the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom and dining room area (cools down the dining room, living room and kitchen) window units. We have kayaks and life vest at the house to use them you will have to sign a waiver before arriving to use. Available start June-end of September. BBQ Grill is gas and available for you to use. Fire Pit you can find wood by the pit or you can pick some at the local store. We have coffee maker and kettle to heat up water. We also have a pack and play you can use during your stay. Lake is swimmable the deepest is about 12 feet. You can fish on the lake it’s a catch and release. There is a small beach area and there is a public dock very close to the house.
