COZY, BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING 3 bedroom PENTHOUSE apartment, located in Loiza, PR. You will love to be at the best roof top of Aquatika, filling the breeze and play pool under the lights. The complex is designed for the enjoy of the whole family. Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. San Juan is 35 minutes away driving. We will be more than happy to give you recommendations and any help during your stay in paradise. The space Our Apartment #7703 is one of the few Penthouses in front of the main pool and jacuzzi and Just a few minutes walking from a beautiful beach. The complex have 5 pools, a water slide and a water park a lazy river, a hot tub, tennis & basketball courts, sand volleyball, mini golf and playgrounds for the little ones. The apartment includes the best accommodations: High-speed internet and Wifi, home theater system, 52” flat screen TV and Cable with HD channels. Guest access *Guest have access to the entire apartment except one utility closet, which remains locked. *Guests have full access to all facilities of Aquatika. No outside visitors are allowed at the complex. *Resort bracelets are required to be worn by guests to use the facilities and to maintain the security of owners and guests. The apartment includes beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. *Guest cannot receive visitors. Only guests are allowed to stay and used the complex facilities. *Other things to note: We expect our guest to treat our like if it was their own, respecting our property and neighborhoods. THANKS for choosing Aquatika “A Cozy Penthouse”! *NO SMOKING / NO VAPING! Smoke and vaping INSIDE THE APARTMENT (including balcony) are strictly prohibited. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if violated. Other things to note -Guest should wear their wristbands all the time. 5 POOLS available: -Open from 9am to 1am. -The pool slide and waterpark open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. -The pool slide and splash area open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. -No drink, eat or alcohol are allowed near the pools. It should be 6ft of distance. -Access gate to the Beach: 7am to 7pm -Children under 12 years old MUST be accompanied by and adult. -Pets are not allowed in the pool and surrounding areas We will be happy to host you. Weather in PR is usually very nice. Relaxing at our Cozy Apartment is a great treat. Disclaimer Note: Loss of power and/or water outages may occur during your stay due to natural occurrences or issues with local utility companies. Issues that are out of the host's control will be worked tediously by host. However, the host will not be accountable for such events. Peak hurricane season dates are 10-15 September, and hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. Good news is that we are past the peak season, and we have been very fortunate missing major hurricanes last years. You should always consider travel insurance or plan accordingly as a precautionary measure.
