Welcome to Juno Beach, one of the five landing beaches. 3-star 36 m² two-room apartment, comfortable, with west-facing loggia, not overlooked. Clear sea view, Le Patio is quiet and bright and can accommodate up to 4 people + a baby + small wise and clean dog. 1st floor without elevator The space Entryway with closet and hooks. Living room with convertible bench (1 or 2 beds 80cm glued, new bedding), overlooking a west facing loggia with small garden furniture, ideal for aperitifs (!) All linens are provided. Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, combined microwave oven, induction, Nespresso, toaster, kettle. Bedroom with large double bed 160 and desk. New bedding. Bed made on arrival. Bathroom with bath (high) and washing machine. One towel (70 x 140) provided per person (from 3 years old), and bath mat. Separate WC. Wifi / Netflix / Prime Video for rainy days (thankfully very rare in Normandy) Provision of children's scooters, draisienne, board games, books for all ages and beach games, to travel light! Baby kit: Sena de Nuna umbrella bed, high chair, bath lounger, changing cushion, children's dishes. Small, clean and wise dog, and at no extra cost, only if the responsible owners provide sleeping and their own fabric and bedding protections. Cats not allowed due to allergies Guest access Free access to the residence's enclosed parking. Visitor places available year-round.
