The safe, character-filled neighborhood is near downtown DC, Alexandria, and DMV sports arenas and just 10 minutes from National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, and the MGM Grand & Casino. Experience comfort and convenience at the heart of it all! The space This space is fresh, comfortable, and private. It truly feels like a home away from home. There are multiple kitchens for dining and cooking; toiletries, bedspreads, pillows, & kitchen silverware are provided. There are four bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the common area to accommodate large groups. Guest access You can access the entire house, driveway, and patio area. Please be respectful of the home. Other things to note The mechanical room is located in the basement. Please keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper or are traveling with infants because you can hear the noise from the furnace blower. Please don’t book the place if you are a light sleeper. Guest is expected to treat the house respectfully and care for it like their own. Some closets in the house will be locked. Please leave them closed; you will not need them during your stay.
