This is a family-friendly, cozy lake house with tons of space for the whole family or a group of friends trying to get away from it all! With comfy furniture throughout, a real fireplace, a big screen TV and bar room, a loft with built-in desk, backyard for frisbee or football throwing, large deck with a grill, and dock with four adirondack chairs...you can really do it all here. The quiet cove off the main channel is perfect for swimming and relaxing, while still being right off I-77 and a quick drive to any Mooresville nightlife! Please note: while we allow up to 10 overnight guests, there are only 8 spots in beds (king, double, futon, 2 twins). Two couches are also available, or you can bring sleeping bags! Only four spots available for cars, and no gatherings (graduation celebrations, etc) without pre-approval. Thanks!
