Le Clos Des Berdins

Peace and quiet in a natural setting. The space 20 minutes from Troyes and factory shops, 45 minutes from Chablisien, come and stay at Clos des Berdins, a real little haven of peace where you will hear the birds sing. This old barn of 1860 that served as a stable has been restored while keeping a few details of authenticity. Only 5 minutes away, you will have access to local shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, bakery...) and 10 minutes away, you will find all shops and amenities. A bread and baked goods dispenser is available in the church square 500m away. The cottage is located 300 meters from Mr. Dartus Nicolas Coutelier-forgeron by trade, who offers internships. On the ground floor, the cottage has a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small reading area and board games on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms (140 x 190 beds) and a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 beds that can be brought together into a double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Central heating is included in the price as well as the electricity and cleaning fee. Beds are made, linens (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins) are provided. Outside, you will have a terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and BBQ, sunbeds, carport, courtyard, and 300 m² grassed grounds.
