Farm stay in Sumner

Our Cozzy Spot n da country is Located in a rural secluded area Approx 7 miles NE of Sylvester, Ga and Approx 18 miles NW of Tifton, Ga on a farm (Accessible by approx 1 mile of Dirt Road). Great country living. The space The Studio is affixed on the south end of a 40 X 50 ft Barn which is equipped with a standard Stove, Microwave, Refridgerator and Freezer w/ice maker which you will have access to with prior approval. Big screen TV in the huge lounge area and a large wood burning heater (fire wood provided) as well. Prior approval will have to be granted for use of ALL the barn common areas. Other things to note We Require a TWO NIGHT Minimum Stay for Booking.
