The spacious, light-flooded apartment, which is located on the upper floor of our single-family house, is accessible via a separate entrance and offers plenty of space to relax with its 96 m² of living space. The cozy furnishings invite you to relax and unwind. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a living room. The space The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and a cute sitting area. The small bedroom also has a sitting area, a dresser, and two separate beds. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened for a particularly restful sleep. In our kitchen you will find a stove, oven and fridge, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A microwave is integrated for small snacks. The spacious living room is the highlight of the apartment. Here you can enjoy the open dining area, end the evenings comfortably in the spacious living area or read a book in a slightly separate area. Guest access Parking directly at the property is included in the booking price. Additional parking is available upon request for a small fee. Other things to note The booking fee of €110/night applies to an occupancy of 2 people. Each additional person (up to 4) costs €55/night. Rates include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
