The spacious, light-flooded apartment, which is located on the upper floor of our family house, is accessible via a separate entrance and offers plenty of space to relax with its 96 square meters of living space. The cozy decor invites you to feel good and relax. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a living room. The space The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a cute sitting area. The small bedroom also has a sitting area, a dressing room, and two separated beds. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened for a particularly relaxing night's sleep. In our kitchen, in addition to the stove, oven and refrigerator, you will also find a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. For the little hunger in between, a microwave is integrated. The spacious living room is the highlight of the apartment. Here you can enjoy the open dining area, end the evenings comfortably in the spacious living area or read a book in a slightly separate area. Guest access A parking space, directly at the property, is included in the booking price. Additional parking spaces are available per request per request for a small fee. Other things to note The booking fee of €110/night is valid for an occupancy of 2 people. Each additional person (up to 4) costs 55€/night. Prices include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
