You will have all the amenities on site: supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, train station... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: bike tours on site, golf 3 km away, swimming, fishing and water sports at the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, visits to cellars and Champagne tasting... During your stay at the cottage, by reservation, you have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and wellness massage with a certified "Vaiana" masseuse. Wellness moments of 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes according to your desires. This single-storey house with basement offers an equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a dining area, a sitting area with sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional people (extra €15/person/day), flat-screen TV, Alsatian stove for small warm fires. Night side: 2 bedrooms composed of a double bed (140 x 190) including one with sink, a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 190) a bathroom with shower (large extra flat shower tray), sink and separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture/barbecue and awning, a large enclosed flowery and wooded area, a parking area, a basement garage for bicycles, a swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) accessible from May (depending on the weather) to September with deckchairs, a sandbox with games, a ping-pong table, petanque... Beds will be made on arrival, heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay.
