Recent independent house with enclosed land located in a small quiet subdivision. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, visit to cellars, Provins and its medieval city, Lacs d'Orient 70 km away, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Grand Étang de Pêche 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, you have the option, by reservation, to visit our plots with a picnic lunch, visit our vat room and finally taste our champagne. Booking our reception room (capacity of 30 people equivalent to our 6 cottages). Tapas evening in our reception room by reservation. End of August-beginning of September possibility to take you to listen to the deer rut. Living room with open kitchen, dining area overlooking a terrace, living room with fireplace, shower room, double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), separate toilet, and access to the basement with laundry room, foosball, billiards, gym. Upstairs: a double bedroom (140 x 190 bed), 2 twin bedrooms (2 90 x 190 beds), bathroom, toilet. Every room has a TV. Outside, you will have a fenced plot of 500 m². Included: beds made, linen, end of stay cleaning, wood for the fireplace. Extra charge: electricity (including heating), dog €10/day. Shared heated swimming pool open from May to September located 450 m away (access from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. - closed on Sunday morning - swimsuit required).
