Large living room (67 sq.m.) with fitted kitchen area, lounge area (wood pellet stove) & study area both opening onto the terrace. 2 bedrooms (160 cm bed), (two 90cm beds). Laundry room. Shower room. WC. Sheltered terrace (no opposite neighbours) with lovely views of the village, balcony/gallery, deck chairs, large grassy garden with trees. Parking. On-site, a second gîte for 8 people can be booked jointly (welcome of 12 people in total).
