You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the forest and the vineyard, in a quiet, green environment and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets...). On the ground floor: spacious equipped kitchen open to a dining room, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, double bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 that can be offered as a double bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. On the 1st floor: landing with reading area, 2 bedrooms each consisting of 2 beds of 90x200 that can be coupled into double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, towels and linen will be included in the price of the stay. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Outside, you will have a parking lot, a 1000 m² plot to share with the owners, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. The winegrower owner will be happy to show you her profession during a visit to the estate and a tasting. You can also have 2 electric bikes (rental: €50/day, €200/week, deposit €1300).
