Monte Vista Cottage

Cozy guest house studio with private entry through patio. The studio space is best suited for 1-2 guests. Located in the center of the Coronado neighborhood just a short walk from restaurants and cafes, minutes away from Downtown Phoenix. Owned by two Phoenix-almost natives who are familiar with the area and happy to recommend activities and restaurants in the area. The space The guest house is a separate structure entered through our main gate and patio. The guest house includes a queen sized bed, tv with chromecast, a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and private bathroom. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the shared patio. Other things to note We have two friendly dogs on the property who mainly dwell in the inside the main house. Rusty and Maebe are extremely friendly, but will leave you alone after their initial greeting.
