A charming cottage on the Champagne road The space 40 km from Troyes and Nigloland amusement park, 20 km from the Magnant exit on the A5 highway, come and have a pleasant stay in the heart of the Aube vineyard, in a village of character. The little summer house is a charming country stone cottage combining authenticity and modernity. The gîte was designed with the aim of preserving the environment and is labeled eco-gîte. Proximity to nature, sweetness of life and tranquility characterize the environment of the cottage that will bring you relaxation and well-being. Swimming pool to be shared with the owners open from early June to late September depending on weather conditions, heated to 28 degrees, open daily from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, rotating heat oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine...) opening onto the living room (flat screen TV, stereo + USB/IPOD connection, DVD player, CD, library). On the 1st floor: one bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a large master bedroom (1 bed 200 x 200). On the 2nd floor: a bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm) that will delight children. Outside, an enclosed plot of 230 m2 (courtyard and garden) allows you to park 2 cars and relax among the flowers and shrubs. Free Wi-Fi. Pellet stove heating extra: €10/bag of 15 kg.
