Guest access Separate entrance to the basement apartment through the side garage. It’s a 7 feet ceiling but with some low vent (5'8"), but 6 feet tall person can still stand up. Parking space is provided and access to the fenced backyard with garden set and bbq grill to enjoy. Other things to note Please note that sometimes, the main floor of the house is also occupied by Airbnb guests, but has different entrances to their units.
