My apartment is centrally located, close to restaurants, (Sushi Mike's Japanese Restaurant, The Parlor and Dobbs Diner Inc.) It has a private entrance, easy access to Westchester county and NYC by train. My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space This is a basement apartment of my home. Private entrance with stairs down to enter. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffe pot, toaster oven and microwave, no oven or stove. Other things to note I live upstair with my dog Skye. She is never in the basement apartment to reduce concerns of allergies. She will let me know when things are happening outside. Not much gets past her!
