This spacious Guest House has two rooms. The first one is a large Master Suite with a Queen-sized bed, a double bed, a sitting area with a couch, and a huge bathroom that accommodates up to four guests. The second room has a Queen-sized bed. There is plenty of closet and drawer space along with a table and a workspace as a convenience for business travelers. TV and Wifi. Keyed lock. •Please note, there is no kitchen but it has a microwave, mini-fridge and other small appliances. The Guest House is attached to the main house, but it has its own private entrance, yard, and patio. In order to provide our guests with a better experience, once in a while, we make changes to the room decor, such as the paintings, rugs, throw pillows, and table orientation, among other minor changes. Flexible check-in based on guest or host needs. Private patio We live on the premises, but will not interfere with your time here. However, we are open to answer any questions and provide information about the area to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Our home is located in Chula Vista California, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are located near freeways in northwest Chula Vista. Downtown San Diego is a 15 min drive and only 10 min to Mexico. Our place is also minutes away to restaurants, breweries, shopping malls, family-friendly activities, and public transportation. Uber and Lyft are always available. Public transportation is also nearby. Parking is available on the private driveway.
