Not your typical Port A house! Upscale stay with huge resort style pool and backyard. Professionally decorated and newly furnished vacation home. The space The Catalina is a spacious home with private bedrooms so everyone has their space. A Chef's kitchen wraps around an open island area overlooking the living room. The bedrooms are all newly furnished with new furniture and bedding. The kids/teen suite can sleep a full family of 4-5 people. We furnished the backyard pool area with new lounge chairs on top of artificial grass (so no stickers!), along with a cornhole game on the side. Perfect for large families or friends to enjoy their vacation! Guest access The entire house, yard and pool. Plenty of parking with 2 long driveways for the guests to use. Roughly 6-8 vehicle parking (The small garage is not accessible, it is storage for our maintenance team) Other things to note We keep this property smoking and animal free so that our personal family can use it twice a month. We have family members with stage 4 COPD and severe allergies/asthma. Please respect that fact and do not bring any animals on the property. You will force us to issue fines and terminate the reservation with no refund. There is no negotiating on this.
