Private Cottage Downtown HB Walk to Beach/Main Str

The cottage is right in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City USA. From here you walk out the gate, go just a few steps & you're on Main Street. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. You head down the stairs, across the sand & you are in the Pacific Ocean. So close to everything, but once at the cottage it's like your own private, peaceful oasis. Cool Ocean Breezes Daily! The space The location is unmatched in the area. You are literally steps to Main Street but once you enter the gate you are in your own private little tropical oasis. The yard is covered in bamboo and filled with beautiful palm trees and Bird of Paradise plants, so you really feel like you are in a tropical setting. Outside you will find a custom built tiki bench made from real bamboo and a retired surfboard. A perfect spot for taking those pics for your social media posts. When you enter the cottage, you will find a beautiful, clean space. Wood floors throughout really open up the entire place. While it is a smaller unit, it is spacious enough to have all the areas separate too. The queen size bed is very comfortable. The living area has a nice couch with a very comfortable sofa bed. The mattress is a very nice memory foam gel mattress. There is a 55" SMART TV so you can watch all of your normal shows on Netflix or whatever streaming services you have. There’s also basic, local tv as well. The kitchen is a full size, fully stocked kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook pretty much any meal you want. (I have even had guests cook a full Thanksgiving dinner here). The bathroom is always clean and stocked with everything you need. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels hand towels, face clothes and big beach towels. The shower is an oversized "Roman Shower" and has a tank-less water heater for unlimited, long, hot showers. Exit through the kitchen Dutch door and you be out in the yard with a propane BBQ grill, comfy outdoor seating & an awesome chiminea fire pit for those cool evenings. I love this little cottage and I know you will too!! Guest access This is your own private house with its own private yard. While there are two separate houses on this property, they are separated by a privacy fence. So this is definitely your own private house and yard. Other things to note This is not a hotel. This is a small back house with its own private entrance and its own private yard. But it is in a neighborhood. So please respect the neighbors right to a peaceful existence, as they will for you as well. The wifi here is super fast. I believe it is rated at 500 Mps Whatever it is, it’s the fastest option they had available. The 2nd bed is a queen size sofa bed.
