Relax in our house with a view! The freshly and stylishly renovated semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of Murnau - unobstructed to the south and west and bordering on meadows. The spacious living and dining area with a carpenter kitchen offers wide and mountain views! The full mountain view, including Zugspitze, Alpspitze and Ammergauer Alps, is available from the sunny roof terrace, which is accessed from two bedrooms. The space On the first floor is a spacious open kitchen, a large dining table, a cozy couch corner, as well as large panoramic windows into nature. In addition, there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the first floor and a small storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are 2 lockable bedrooms: Room 3: Sleeps two in a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and access to the roof terrace Room 2: Two sleeping places in single beds or in a bunk bed. As well as room 1: An open spacious passage/gallery room with a cozy sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00 m and access to the roof terrace. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. When we are traveling ourselves, we like to leave our great house "Südwärts 2.0" to our guests. For more information about our listing, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the basement of the house is another smaller apartment "südwärts." This has its own garden to the west and a separate entrance (access via the garden of 2.0). This apartment is also available for rent via Airbnb. Guest access One parking space is available in the carport. Other things to note The market of Murnau charges the following spa fees for the duration of the stay: From 05/15 – 10/14 for adults €3.00/night for children from 7-16 years €2.00/night From 10/15 – 5/14 for adults €2.60/night for children from 7-16 years € 1.70/night For people with disabilities: from 80% severe disability € 1.90/night From 100% severe disability, the spa fee is free for both the disabled person and an accompanying person (with additional note "B" in the severe disability ID card) Upon request, you will receive a spa card/guest card by filling out the registration form upon arrival.
