Please note a government issued mandatory environment tax (like VAT) is being collected for all reservations per flat (not per person) per night, for the whole duration of the stay as follows: €0.50/night from 1 November to 30 March, and €2.00/night from 1 April to 31 October respectively. This tax is not included in the booking price and can be paid at the property during checkout.
