Unlike traditional hotels, Marriott Grand provides a "home-like" experience for guests of owners. To provide a vacation home feel, Marriott only provides new towels based on requests to the front desk. Daily cleaning of the bathroom/kitchen is not provided unless by special request. If you request a "Tidy Cleanup" (make the bed, clean the bath, take out trash) it will cost you $82/day and must be requested 24 hours in advance. If you don't need such a specific cleanup, don't request the "Tidy Cleanup". The Tidy Cleanup is separate from the Final "Full Cleanup". Don't order the "Tidy Cleanup" if you don't want to pay twice! If you need a "Full Cleanup" (change sheets, dish washing, bathroom cleanup, make bed, take out trash, etc), you can request that from the front desk 24 hours in advance. The "Full cleanup" costs $106 each time it is requested. The full cleanup is the same amount as a checkout cleanup.
