The space Our 1,000 square foot apartment is located over an oversized 2 car garage which is attached to downstairs house. There is a locked door separating the apartment from the house.The garages are also separate with bikes,washer and dryer. The apartment fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ,living room with large screen tv and roku,large bedroom with comfortable king bed,walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and large walk-in closet We provide shark tooth rakes,umbrella,beach towels skim boards and beach chairs Guest access Upstairs apartment with a table , umbrella , and 4 chairs on deck. A patio down stairs , with umbrella and table and 4 chairs and grill. Lock box with spare key.
