There is a downstairs living room w/TV and an upstairs game room w/TV, wet bar and a poker/game table. Two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. It accommodates a group of friends and family easily with access to the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen with eat in dining and formal dining in the dining room guarantees a seat the table for everyone. There is a nice front porch with seating enough to enjoy the neighborhood. Guest access While you are staying at our Midtown home you will have access to the entire home, including the basement where the laundry is. There is also a gym down there that is a use at your own risk gym. Mainly weights and weight machines. No children allowed in the basement. Other things to note No pets are allowed
