Perfectly located between Beacon Hill Park, downtown, and James Bay Village, this high quality 2-bed, 2-bath condo in the Duet building with both bathrooms ensuite is a great place to call home in the heart of Victoria. This condo’s location in James Bay puts it between nature and city, between historic and modern. A 9th floor rooftop terrace completes the wonderful amenities the building has to offer and which includes a covered outdoor BBQ kitchen. Guest access There is a lovely courtyard between the two buildings and a 9th floor common rooftop terrace that is beautifully landscaped and has two BBQ`s, fridge and great furniture for your enjoyment. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is just under 7 feet. MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit. CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate early check-in requests but there are no guarantees. CHECK-OUT: Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. NO PETS allowed. There is storage for up to two bikes in a designated spot in one of the bike rooms, but please, let us know if you plan on bringing bikes. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Business Licence #00040740
