The Martini Cottage

The Martini Cottage is close to downtown Stowe with its art, shopping and restaurants. You’ll love it here because of the location (a 20 minute walk to town) mountain bike trails right from the road, beautiful local hiking and skiing and its cozy and quirky charm. Not to mention so many wonderful breweries nearby. Couples, adventurers, and families (with kids) will all be comfortable here. The space You'll love our fully renovated and cozy cottage. The property includes 2 acres, some of it as a large yard, the rest as wooded hillside. You may see the occasional deer and in the summer you'll enjoy the fireflies in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy home cooked meals in the dining room. The upstairs has 2 rooms (one is private, the other is a more common room, loft space, each with a queen bed and its own sitting area. There is a small den off of the living room with a trundle daybed for extra guests. The living room has a small electric fire place to add a bit of extra warmth. Guest access If we aren't around to welcome you, you'll walk along the side of the house to the mudroom. Once inside the mudroom, you'll be able to enter the code on the keypad to unlock the back door of the house. Other things to note The thermostat is located just inside the door of the den. There is a quirky electrical system (URL HIDDEN) seems that most top outlets are connected to a light switch. Just know that its possible to try to charge your devices and then turn the lights off and perhaps your devices will no longer be charging. The small electric fireplace works in the living room but should never be left on while you are not at the cottage. Registration Details MRT-10126712
