Close to Downtown/Duke/RTP, your cozy private bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located just 5.6 miles north of Main St in a peaceful neighborhood. We are flexible on arrival and departure times. Two guests can have both bedrooms for $5 more. We are 6 miles or 15 minutes from Duke's East campus, and we're 20 minutes from Duke Chapel. UNC Chapel Hill's 30 minutes south. We have 1 foster cat downstairs The space The listing is for one bedroom, with the option of adding the other bedroom. The rate showing is for one bedroom, but you can request both bedrooms for an extra $10 nightly if only 2 guests total. If there are 3-4 guests, then the rate automatically updates and includes both bedrooms. The loft has a minifridge, microwave, and a single cup coffee maker that can brew either pods or ground coffee. We're about five miles north of Main St. Guest access we're not offering the shared spaces (kitchen and laundry). You have private spaces of the bedroom/s, private bath upstairs and the sitting area in the loft which has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, plus the piano room with Roku TV. If you do the twin bedroom, that space has a TV with Roku too. Parking is in our driveway. During your stay We love Durham and are available for any local questions/directions/suggestions. There are great places for takeout meals and some outdoor seating. Other things to note We have 1 foster cat as Nov 2025 that we keep in our space. The whole home is on a filtered water system. Please do not put wet towels on wood surfaces, and at check-out put used towels on the bathroom counter. Smoking is not allowed in any way inside.
