Holiday home Corso de Shorta is located just outside the small Mallorcan village of S'Horta, which offers a few shops, bars, and restaurants. The beautiful sandy cove of Cala Sanau is a 5-minute drive away, and the Vall d'Or Golf course is also nearby. The popular resort town of Cala d'Or, with its shopping streets, bars, restaurants, nightlife, and fashionable marina, is only about 5 km away. The spacious, single-story finca has been renovated and brought up to modern standards. The comfortable living/dining room has satellite TV/DVD and access to the terrace – a peaceful spot perfect for relaxation. The rustic kitchen is very well-equipped. The master bedroom with a large double bed has its own dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with two single beds and one with a dressing room, also have en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are individually and lovingly furnished. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, and there is also a guest toilet. The finca is situated in a well-maintained, spacious, enclosed garden. The beautiful 9 x 5 m swimming pool with a sun terrace invites you to refresh yourself and soak up the sun. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the comfortable terrace – an outdoor barbecue is also available. Air conditioning in bedrooms is available on a fixed and limited schedule. The legally mandated environmental tax is not included in the accommodation price.
