Welcome to our beautifully designed home located in the Moon Valley neighborhood in North Phoenix where you are only 20 minutes to the TPC Champions Golf Courses for the WMO, 20 minutes to the Instrument Museum and 28 minutes to reach the airport. A gorgeous backyard with a large pink grapefruit tree, grass lawn, diving pool , and multiple sitting areas. A fire ring, blackstone griddle and a small pizza oven is also available. A dedicated TV room with a large screen tv for movie buffs and sports fans. Guest Access: Our guests have full access to this home during their stay except for the garage. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Interaction with Guests: We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home! The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are some of our greatest friends! We respect them and ask that our quiet hours of 10pm-7am be adhered to during your trip! We can always recommend locals hang out spots for after hours fun! Getting Around: You will find it easy to travel the area with Uber and/or Lyft. North mountain visitor center is a 5 min drive away with great hiking trails.
