Wonderful Water view House in Cambridge

Our guests enjoy the Victorian charm that this property offers as it furnished with wonderful antiques and period oriental rugs. As the home is only about 50 feet from the Choptank River, there are wonderful views of sailing and fishing/crabbing boats all up and down the river. This is a wonderful location from which to explore the Chesapeake Bay and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. No pets. The space This is a spacious Victorian home furnished with many period antiques and oriental rugs with water views of the Choptank River from nearly every room. It has a large kitchen with island and Jennair cook top and seating for breakfast/snacking. This is open to a large dining room ideal for entertaining. There is a den with TV, stereo, DVD/CD player and even a Victrola and living room connected by pocket doors and an enclosed air conditioned and heated porch furnished as a family room/study/reading room. The house has Wifi . This is a great area to enjoy and explore and the bicycling, boating, and fishing are wonderful. Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge is just a short drive and should not be missed! Due to the quality of furnishings and oriental rugs, pets are not permitted. Guest access There is no shared space. This property has central air conditioning, TV with DVD/CD and stereo. There is washer/dryer. It has an expansive veranda with patio furniture and expansive views of the Choptank River. Other things to note This house is beautifully furnished with antiques and has both a stereo with AM/FM, turntable and TV/DVD and even a victrola. There is a collection of DVD’s. As this home is furnished with numerous antique oriental rugs and furnishings, pets are not permitted.
