Dotty’s Place Downtown

Dotty’s Place Downtown is a unique 1910 all refurbished large studio apartment. Private entrance with views of the Sinclair Inlet. One block from downtown Port Orchard, two blocks from the foot ferry to Bremerton & Seattle. Dotty’s is conveniently located to restaurants, bars, shopping and the waterfront Marina. This space is cozy with modern amenities, cotton linens with a comfy memory foam queen size bed. The living room has a smart TV & internet with a comfy sofa. With a new full kitchen! The space You can walk anywhere downtown Port Orchard from Dotty’s Place. There’s free parking if you have a car with our ‘parking pass, during the week. Parking is free all day on Saturday and Sunday and after 5pm weekdays. Dotty’s was named after ’Dotty’s Beauty Parlor’ from the 1970’s. The third owner of this 1910 property did an addition to the house for her own business. We are paying tribute to her with our name for the space. We have made the space warm and inviting. Guest access There is a key pad for easy entry. Guests are welcome to enjoy the front stoop, and side flower gardens, we live right downtown and there many lovely places to explore. At the end of Prospect Street there is the Sidney Art Gallery which is hidden treasure, also downtown is known for its antiques stores. Enjoy walking along the Waterfront Marina! Other things to note The space is private and inviting, we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy their visit. We are careful to make sure that Dotty’s is super clean!
