Historic cottage in the heart of STL- Beautiful!

This cozy cottage has all the essentials needed to make you feel at home during your stay! The kitchen is fully stocked & includes a coffee maker, coffee & creamer. The main level (up the porch steps to the turquoise door) has a kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom & a bedroom with a queen bed. The lower-level walks out at ground level by the parking lot & has the two bedrooms with queen beds (one of them has an additional trundle), a bathroom, living room & the laundry area! The space The Space This home was built in 1927 and was originally a carriage house! It has lots of character and charm and the setup is perfect for families who are sharing a space! The home is stocked with all the comforts of home. We want our guests to feel comfortable & a make great memories together! There is step-free access to the lower level through the white exterior door that is next to the parking area. We’re located just 10 min from downtown, Wash U, SLU, the Fabulous Fox and just 5 min from Forest Park, the Zoo & Science Center! The cottage sits across from Tower Grove Park, which is a beautiful park that has a really cool Farmer's market every Saturday (not in the winter) and free yoga in the park. There are water fountains for the kids to play in along with a large playground, beautiful walking/running trails and covered areas to have picnics in! We allow house-trained pets as long as they do not destroy furniture and are not left alone for long periods of time. We prefer they be in a kennel when left alone unless they are REALLY good pups! The pet fee is not included in the booking amount. We prefer to allow guests to just leave the fee on the counter upon check-out. The pet fee is $30/pet. We also have several other Airbnb homes close by (two of them are next door!) They are all in amazing locations and within a few minutes of one another! Guest access We have a keyless check-in which makes is easy for our guests to enter and exit the home. We will send a welcome letter the morning of your arrival with all the check in details and the code! Early check in & check out Requests: If we can accommodate, we will allow an early check in or late check out at a rate of $20/hour. Other things to note We have a large parking lot that is shared with the house next door and allows for two cars to park tandem. We also have plenty of free street parking. We provide high speed internet to log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. * Guests must be at least 25 years old to book our home.
