Cottage in Niles

This ranch style with walkout is located on beautiful Barron Lake just 11 miles from Notre Dame. Our home has been recently renovated, perfect for entertaining. There are two fully furnished levels including 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 Family Rooms, and 3 indoor eating spaces. Enjoy the sandy beach and lake for fishing and water sports. Patio has tables, chairs & loungers. By reserving and staying at this property you assume all risk for yourself and your guests. Guest access Washer and Dryer are available, but please be careful not to put anything with sand on it in washer. Before leaving please start load of towels if possible. Detergent provided. Other things to note Since we are not at the property full-time we have the Ring Floodlight Security Cam located at the back door facing the garage and Street. Recommend purchasing travel insurance ~ One source we found to have the best rates: travelinsurance dot com Additional Rules: NO pets, NO smoking Guests must be those listed on the reservation- only those guest are allowed on property unless other arrangements are made. Any visitors, other than register guests, need to be approved with host. Quiet time from 10pm-7am. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and we want to respect our local neighbors. Children must be supervised at all times. Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Do not book on behalf of another guest. We do not accept third-party bookings. Keep all food and drink in kitchen and dining areas. Use provided coasters and placemats with all food and drink to protect furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damage to furniture, bedding, flooring, carpets, rugs, etc. Please review check out procedures noted - all dishes should be washed and returned to the shelves, all trash should be removed and put in outdoor receptacle. If guest trash exceeds the capacity of the outside receptacle guests are responsible for disposing of additional trash. Check out time strictly enforced. The cleaning crew needs to be able to prepare for the next guest. Any checkout after the 11 am posted time is subject to a $50 per hour late fee. Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after the check in and without a refund. If any rules are broken we may charge you the full $500 deposit plus the cost of any damages plus additional cleaning charges.
