Enjoy the exclusive private ESPA spa complex with infrared sauna and 7 person jacuzzi, accessible from the mature rear garden; or dine al fresco in the large heated gazebo. The space Hambrook House Guest Suites is comprised of the downstairs areas of the property. Upstairs bedrooms will be locked and unoccupied, and you will have access to the remainder of the property and grounds, which are exclusive to you and not shared with anyone else. All pictures illustrate areas you will have access to. Note that breakfast is not provided as you have access to the kitchen. You will have access to a one bedroom "pub themed" suite with ensuite shower room and lounge, and a two bedroom "woodland themed" suite including two ensuites shower rooms, a WC, lounge, and sofa bed. There is also a kitchen and dining room with seating for 8. One of the bedrooms in the woodland suite is luxury treehouse themed and accessible only via a spiral staircase. If there are 7 or 8 guests then sleeping bags are required for the double sofa bed in the grey living room. The property has recently been refurbished with luxury interiors and all bedrooms include acoustic windows and ceilings for a quiet night sleep, luxury bedding and robes, premium tea & coffee making facilities including a coffee menu, smart televisions, cooling fans and lockable doors. We have recently opened a stunning private ESPA spa complex accessible at all times to you from the rear garden for your exclusive use during your stay; offering an infrared sauna, ionised air purification, relaxation area with chilled water, twinkling starry night ceiling, calming mood lighting and music (or your own), ESPA toiletries & ESPA mister, 7 person jacuzzi with massage seats, rain shower & WC. The spa complex is not a safe environment for young children and as such they must be supervised at all times. A selection of board games and cards are available in the lounge area. There is access to a large garden including a heated 12 person gazebo and a gas BBQ. The BBQ is an extra charge and can set up for an additional £24 and includes utensils. The Tyler's Kiln restaurant and pub is on the adjacent corner and is definitely worth a visit! It has won pub of the year on several occasions and offers both fine dining and gastro pub food, as well as an excellent selection of drinks. No-one else will be staying in the property nor making use of the garden during your stay. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
